Version draft-2026-09-01. This is a working draft under legal review; the structure below reflects how FanNest operates today.

1. What FanNest is

FanNest is a community directory. Unclaimed pages are unofficial, editorially curated collections of public links, clearly labeled as such. Claimed pages are managed by the person or organization that claimed them (the “Nest Host”).

2. Claims and identity representations

By claiming a Nest you represent and warrant that you are the person or organization the Nest describes, or their expressly authorized representative. You agree that verification steps (including public posts and documentation you provide) may be reviewed by FanNest personnel, and that FanNest may decline, suspend, or revoke any claim at its discretion, including on credible evidence of misrepresentation. 3. Fees and refunds

Claims are billed as disclosed at purchase, currently $50 for the first year with renewal pricing shown at checkout. Payments for claims that are not approved are refunded. Claims revoked for misrepresentation are refunded and terminated. [Counsel: refund mechanics, chargebacks, taxes.]

4. Content and conduct

Nest Hosts are responsible for content they add (branding, notes, links). Prohibited: impersonation, infringement, unlawful content. FanNest may remove content and links at any time. [Counsel: acceptable-use detail, DMCA process, repeat-infringer policy.]

5. Reports and takedowns

Anyone may report a page via the “Report this page” link on every Nest. FanNest reviews reports within 48 hours and may suspend pages or claims during review. Entities subject to a granted takedown are not re-listed. [Counsel: DMCA agent details, counter-notice process.]

6. Disclaimers, limitation of liability, disputes
